تقديم طلب إلإستبدال أو الإسترجاع ~ Return

لرفع طلب الاستبدال أوالاسترجاع :

1. قم بمسح الكود الرقمي الموجود على فاتورة طلبك 
2. عبئ البيانات وأختار تحويل المبلغ على حسابك البنكي في حال الاسترجاع
3. و للإستبدال اختر تحويله لرصيد على حسابك في متجرنا الإلكتروني 
4. التوجه لأقرب فرع ارامكس لتسليم الشحنة مع البوليصة

1. Scan the QR code with your smart phone/tablet camera
2. Fill and submit your return form
3. Pack the products in the same box you received them in
4. Use the return label you received in the envelope
5. Visit the nearest Aramex office to drop the box and the shipping label
