ماهي المنتجات التي يمكن إرجاعها ؟

خلال 7 ايام من مُعالجة الطلب وشحنه
لابد ان تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية
لم تلبس ولم تغسل ولا يوجد عليها اي اثار مكياج
لابد ان تكون في تغليفها الأصلي وجميع الملصقات وبطاقة السعر لم يتم نزعها

ماهي مدة الإستبدال والإسترجاع أوقات العروض ؟

كيف يمكنني إستبدال الطلب ؟

في حال رغبتكم بالإستبدال يمكنكم:

(رفع طلب إسترجاع) عن طريق مسح الكود الرقمي وفور وصول القطع المُراد تبديلها إلى مكتبنا في جده يتم إرسال كود بمبلغ القطع على بريدكم الإلكتروني لاستخدامه في طلبكم القادم

كيف بإمكاني عمل طلب إرجاع أو إستبدال؟

لرفع طلب الاستبدال أوالاسترجاع :

قم بمسح الكود الرقمي الموجود على فاتورة طلبك
عبئ البيانات وأختار تحويل المبلغ على حسابك البنكي في حال الاسترجاع
و للإستبدال اختر تحويله لرصيد على حسابك في متجرنا الإلكتروني
التوجه لأقرب فرع ارامكس لتسليم الشحنة مع البوليصة

ملاحظة : لطلبات تمارا & تابي مسموح فقط بالاسترجاع

كم سيستغرق من الوقت لإعادة المبلغ؟

بعد استلام المنتج والتأكد من استحقاق جميع الشروط لإرجاع المنتج المذكورة في الأعلى ، سيتم إعلامكم اذا تمت الموافقة على طلبكم ، وسيتم ايداع المبلغ في حسابكم خلال 7-20 يوم عمل

? How do I return

Please note that our exchange and return requests have similar submission steps
Scan the QR code with your smart phone/tablet camera -
Fill and submit your return form -
Pack the products in the same box you received them in -
Use the return label you received in the envelope -
Visit the nearest Aramex office to drop the box and the shipping label -

? How soon will I get my refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 7-20 business days
